Interesting book. I’m reluctant to give any specific details because part of the fun is the gradual unfolding of information. The protagonist experiences mysterious things that he must figure out. But there’s also mysterious things about the protagonist that the reader only gradually learns. Mr. Koren has become a master of the big fight to the death climax.
