There are different ways to backup and restore, this is the one I recommend, but you can use it any way you wish..
- When you are ready to quit working in Auteureist™ and there are no bugs, or errors, backup your work.
- If you start Auteureist™ and you find that your writing is missing for some reason, restore your work. You must restart the app to allow Auteureist™ to use the restored information.
You should NOT backup if you encounter a bug or problem in Auteureist™ of any sort. Report the problem first.
Only restore your work if you are missing data or you KNOW is in the backup you want to recover.
A good plan backs up often (when you haven't encountered any real bugs), and restore only when absolutely necessary.
WARNING: RESTORING WILL REPLACE ALL OF YOUR NOVELS. MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU WANT TO RECOVER EVERYTHING
