Importing Text

"Auteureist, a writer's companion…"

There are two ways of importing text into Auteureist™.

1. The first is to use the device's built-in Cut, Copy, and Paste support. This allows you to move data from any other application (such as an email message or the Notes app).

   See the section on Exporting Data via MobileMe, for more details on how to use that method.

   The easiest method is just to email the text you want to import into Auteureist™. On your device open the email message and double-tap the content and Select All and then Copy from the callout that appears. Then switch to Auteureist™, create a new chapter, or open the one where you want to insert the text, double tap to bring up the callout and Paste.

2. The second way of importing text is to use the Auteureist™ Sync desktop application.

NOTE: The Auteureist™ Sync desktop application is only available for the Macintosh OS X operating system.
