Summary Screens

"Auteureist, a writer's companion…"

The Summary Screen allows you to see either your novel's or selected chapter's statistics and information.

The Novel Summary Screen shows you information about the selected novel.

Tap the Back button to return to the Novel Edit Screen, or use the Novel Button Bar to navigate to other areas of your novel's development.

The main portion of this screen is scrollable and contains the following groups:

• Time Worked
• The date you started work on the novel or chapter.
• The date you completed the novel (0) if its still in progress.
• Actual time worked in yy:mm:dd:hh:mm:ss format.
• Word Count
• The target word count for the selected novel or chapter.
• The actual word count for the selected novel or chapter.
• The percent completion of your novel or chapter based on the actual word counts vs. target word counts.
• Objects
• The number of chapters in your novel or chapter.
• The number of characters in your novel or chapter.
• The number of locations in your novel or chapter
• The number of annotations in your novel or chapter.
• Timeline
• The timeline start date.
• The timeline end date.
• Your novel's duration based on the timeline in yy:mm:dd:hh:mm:ss format.

The Chapter Summary Screen is identical to the Novel Summary with two exceptions:

1. The common Chapter-Specific Button Bar is available for use.
2. All information displayed is specific to the selected chapter.
