With one exception, the Novel Edit Screen is identical to the Novel Creation Screen. The Novel Edit Screen allows you to change the novel specific information once a novel has been created. See the Novel Creation Screen for more details.

The exception is that the Novel Edit Screen has a button bar at the top.

This bar contains all of the functions specific to the novel being worked on. From left to right the functions are:

  1. Novel - Tap this to come back to this screen if you are in another function. If you are on the Novel Edit Screen, this button does not do anything.
  2. Chapter - Tap this button to go to the Chapter Selection Screen, and access to the chapter functions..
  3. People/Characters - Tap this button to go to the Character Selection Screen.
  4. Location - Tap this button to go to the Location Selection Screen
  5. Timeline - Tap this button to go to the Timeline Screen to view a timeline of your novel.
  6. Research - Tap this button to go to the Research Selection Screen
  7. Summary - Tap this button to go to the Novel Summary Screen
  8. Synchronize - Tap this button to go to the Synchronization Screen which allows you to synchronize and export your writing.<;/li>

The Back To Novels button will take you back to the Novel Selection Screen, while the Save button will save any changes to the novel settings you make on this screen.

Tapping the Calendar button will take you to the Annotation Session Screen.
