Why Can't I Restore
If you try to do an on-device restore and the "Restore" button is labeled "No Backups" the restore function is not available. You need to have performed an on-device backup before doing a restore.
If you are trying to perform a restore and you can't, then hopefully you have an exported copy you can use. Refer to Importing/Exporting for more information. You can also use an off-device backup if you have one. Refer to Off-Device Backup/Restore.
If you have neither a backup or an exported copy, there is no way to recover what you have lost.
