Restoring From The Main Screen
To restore from the Main Screen:
1 - Start the app and return to the main screen
2 - Tap the Storage icon (the one at the bottom center).
3 - Tap the "Backup" button.
4 - After the backup completes, you will get a confirmation alert.

To back up from the Main Screen:
1 - Start the app and return to the main screen
2 - Tap the Storage icon (the one at the bottom center).
3 - Tap the "Restore" button (the button is labeled with the date of the last on-device backup).
4 - After the backup completes, you will get a confirmation alert and will need to restart the app.
WARNING: Restoring restores everything. Make sure you really want to do this.
NOTE: The Restore button will be labeled "No Backups" if you have not performed a backup, and a restore cannot be done.
