Web Export Selected
To export a selected element using the Auteureist™ built-in web server:
1 - Select the writing from the left view on the main screen.
2a - If you want to select all of the elements switch to writings mode by tapping the closed book icon in the top toolbar
or
2b - If you want to select an element within the writing select the element you want to export (make sure the open book icon in the top toolbar is selected first.)

3 - Tap the Synchronization icon in the top toolbar (the right most icon)
4 - Select the items you want to export for the selected writing or element by using the switches.
5 - Tap the export-to-cloud icon (the cloud icon on the bottom toolbar). It may take some time for the export database to be created. Please wait. All the relevant items need to be pulled from your complete database and compiled into the export database. Depending on how much you have in your complete database will determine how fast this process takes.
6 - Once the export database is created, you will get a confirmation alert. Dismiss the alert.
7 - An instruction screen will provide directions for the remaining steps. Follow these by:
8 - Start a web browser on your desk or laptop machine.
9 - Go to the address specified on the Auteureist™ screen.
10 - Tap the Novels.aut item in the web browser to start the download to your desk or laptop machine.
11 - Once the download completes you can tap the "Writing" button on the Auteureist™ screen to complete the process.
12 - Store the downloaded file database somewhere safe.
